You send us the domain of one of your clients. After the 30-day re-test, you hand that client a report under your agency's name: what was done, and what changed. This page shows who does what in between, and when.
Email us one client domain. We run the citation test on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini, and send you what came back, competitors included. No charge, no account, no call.
If the answer engines name nobody in your client's category, there is nothing to win, and we tell you so. It stops there. Your client is never contacted.
Once you order a Sprint for that client, the work runs in four steps. Each one is work we do, not a screen we hand you.
You receive the report in your agency's name and colour. Neither our name nor our logo appears on it.
Nothing to install and no login to share. The audit reads public pages, and the placements happen on other publishers' sites. What we keep is listed on the Security page.
After the re-test, you can continue with the Monthly: $390 a month for ongoing tracking and two to three new placements pursued a month. It only follows a Sprint, and is never sold cold.
I started CrawlBit as a tool, because I watched good businesses fade out of the answers their customers were getting. Not because their product was worse, but because the AI did not understand them.
What I learned since is that pointing at the problem was never the hard part. Half a dozen tools do that well now, and some of them will even write the page for you. The half almost nobody does is the work that happens off the client's own site. A dashboard can draft the pitch now; it still cannot have the conversation that gets the page changed. So we do that part by hand, for agencies, under their name. The idea has not changed: find what is missing, then go and fix it, rather than hand over a score and wish you luck.
You see the gap on a real client of yours before you spend anything. Your client is never contacted.
