You keep the client, the relationship and the invoice. We do the half that does not fit inside a dashboard: the work on pages your client does not own, executed, under your name.
The part the tools do not do
Every AEO tool on the market measures. Since 2026 several also write and publish, straight into your client's CMS. That is real work, and it all lands in the same place: the website your client already owns.
The pages that decide whether an answer engine names a brand are usually not that website. They are review platforms, "best X" roundups, and community threads. Getting onto them is outreach. Outreach does not fit in a dashboard, because someone has to read the page, write the pitch and send it.
White-label reporting stopped being the scarce thing: monitoring tools now sell it for a few tens of dollars a month. The scarce thing is someone doing the off-page work.
What a Citation Sprint is
A fixed-scope deliverable you can put in front of a client. $490 one time, partner rate.
A full AEO audit of the client's domain, 34 checks across technical SEO, performance, schema, AI visibility and E-E-A-T.
A live citation test on three answer engines, with the competitors named instead of them.
The third-party pages that cite those competitors and not your client, listed one by one.
Five off-page placements, executed. Not recommended. Done.
A comparative re-test after 30 days, same questions, published with its interval.
After a sprint, and only after one, Monthly Tracking runs at $390 per month for continued monitoring and two to three new placements a month. It is never sold cold.
What we measure, and how precisely
Cited means named in the answer by at least one of ChatGPT, Perplexity or Claude. Appearing among the sources without being named does not count, and we do not report it as a citation.
The rate comes from 20 buyer-intent questions, each asked three times on Perplexity, and it is published with its 95% confidence interval rather than as a bare percentage.
The evidence comes from ChatGPT and Claude: the exact sentences, and the competitor pages behind them.
The re-test replays the same questions. The question set never changes between the two runs, because two rates are not comparable if the questions are not the same.
Engines are queried through their APIs with web search, which is the closest available proxy to the consumer apps your client's buyers use, not the apps themselves.
One engine is not "the AI". Two independent 2026 samples put around 70% of cited sources on a single engine and no other: SurfacedBy measured 69.6% across five engines, Writesonic 72 to 73% across four. Both are English-language and weighted toward buying queries, so read them as directional.
What we do not promise
This section exists because the alternative is an argument with a client in thirty days.
No citation is ever guaranteed. You pay for the audit, the plan, the placements, and an honest measure of what changed.
The re-test is a comparison, not a promised improvement.
A difference under roughly 16 points cannot be told apart from noise with 20 questions. We say that before the work rather than after it.
"Non-conclusive" is a possible verdict, and it is reported as one instead of being dressed up.
The sprint is delivered by hand. That is why the scope is fixed at five placements, and why we would rather turn down a month than dilute one.
Under your name
Agency console. Set your name and your colour, add a workspace per client, generate white-label reports with your header.
We are never in front of your client. You are the contact from the first email to the re-test.
Nothing goes out under your client's name without your approval. You see every pitch before it is sent.
No CMS access, no install, no credential. The audit reads public pages, the placements happen on other people's sites. There is no IT ticket to open on the client's side.
How it starts, without a call
1. Send one client domain by email. We run the citation test and send you the result. Free, and your client needs no account.
2. If the answer engines name nobody in that category, there is nothing to take, and we say so. It stops there.
3. If competitors are being named instead, you decide whether and how to sell it. The $490 is what you pay us. What you charge your client is your decision, and not something we comment on.
No call, no demo, no scheduling link. Everything happens in writing.
Send us one client domain.
We run the citation test on three answer engines and send you what came back, competitors included. Free, no account, no call.
