Refund Policy

We want you to be confident trying CrawlBit. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for paid plans. CrawlBit is operated by MindoLabs LLC.
1. Try before you pay
CrawlBit has a Free plan so you can run real audits before subscribing. We recommend using it to confirm the Service fits your needs.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. This applies to your first paid period only.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access to your paid features until the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not automatically prorate or refund the remainder of a billing period after that first 14-day window.
4. Renewals
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date.
5. Exceptions
If you were charged in error, or the Service was unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will make it right.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@crawlbit.app from the address on your account, with your account email and the reason. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
