Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CrawlBit (the "Service"), operated by MindoLabs LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CrawlBit audits websites for SEO and AI visibility (AEO), tests whether AI answer engines name you, tracks changes over time, and generates recommendations, reports, and helper files such as llms.txt. The Citation Sprint adds work done off your site: we place content on third-party pages and re-test 30 days later. Features may change as the Service evolves.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

• Audit only websites you own or have permission to analyze.
• Do not use the Service to attack, overload or disrupt any website or our systems.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or abuse the Service beyond your plan limits.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

4. Plans and billing

CrawlBit offers a free account and two paid offers, both sold through our payment processor, Stripe.

• Citation Sprint. A single payment. It opens paid access for 45 days from the date of purchase. Nothing renews, and there is no subscription to cancel.
• Monthly Tracking. Billed every month until you cancel. To cancel, open the billing portal from your account, or email support@crawlbit.app. Cancelling stops future charges, and your access runs to the end of the month you already paid for.

Prices are on our pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. AI output and no guarantee of results

CrawlBit provides analysis and recommendations generated in part by automated and AI systems. This is informational guidance, not a guarantee of search rankings, traffic, or citations by any AI engine or search engine. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by MindoLabs LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. You retain ownership of the data and content you submit.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (including Anthropic, Stripe, Resend and Google) to function. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindoLabs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms others or us.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
